NEXIUM 20MG TABLET is used to manage benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and to improve urinary flow in men with BPH. It is also used in combination with bosentan blood thinners to manage in men with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (idispain syndrome).
NEXIUM 20MG TABLET may also be used for other diseases you may have had private or open birth control shots with before may be stated differently. You should discuss your BPH symptoms and medical history only with your doctor.

Older adults (greatest aged people in the world) usually get BPH symptoms most of the time, and the most common reason for BPH is due to a high blood pressure, which causes the lung to become narrow. Other symptoms include difficulty breathing, chest pain, nausea, vomiting and itching. Men with BPH may also get itchy or painful symptoms such as a burning or tingling in the chest area, trouble swallowing and breathlessness.
Nexium is a medication used to treat heartburn (a burning sensation in the stomach) in adults. It is a brand name of esomeprazole magnesium, a proton pump inhibitor. Nexium can also be used to prevent and treat conditions like ulcers and stomach cancer. However, this medication may cause side effects like stomach upset or nausea.
The safety and effectiveness of Nexium have been evaluated by a number of studies. Some have compared the safety and effectiveness of Nexium to that of other drugs and have found that it is more effective. The data are based on small, placebo-controlled trials.
This medication should be used with caution in children and adolescents (13 years and older). It is generally not recommended for use in these age groups. Description:Nexium Acid Reducer Esomeprazole Magnesium 20mg is intended for use for treatment of frequent heartburn (occurs 2 or more days a week). This product is not intended for immediate relief of heartburn; drug may take 1 to 4 days for full effect.
Directions for Adults Age 18+:Swallow 1 capsule with glass of water before eating in the morning. Take 1 capsule per day for 14 days. May take 1 to 4 days for full effect. Do not take for more than 14 days or more often than ever 4 months, unless directed by physician.

AstraZeneca, the maker of Nexium, is adding a new heartburn treatment, Zilpus, to its global portfolio of heartburn medications.
The company is also marketing the product as Zilpus Z – an over-the-counter version of its brand-name drug. The brand name is a combination of omeprazole and a Zilpus acid reducer, known as esomeprazole.
The new drug is a cheaper alternative to Zilpus and is the first in a new class of medications called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs).
The new brand is marketed by AstraZeneca under the brand name Prevacid for gastroesophageal reflux disease, and is available as a generic.
